Rules / Policies: Architectural Review Committee Guidelines

Introduction The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of the Aspenwood Townhouse Association is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Architectural Guidelines. These Guidelines ensure against one owner's alteration adversely impacting other owners and the Association. Existing legislation requires home sellers to present certification at settlement that no ARC violations exist against their property. Failure to comply with Architectural Guidelines can, therefore, result in settlement complications at resale time, as well as fines.  Guidelines Document Includes (but is not limited to):

  1. Request Procedures -- All additions / alterations and paint colors must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee
